Each season, we print a limited run of passports based on the number of participants. That being said, treat the Wellness Passport like you’d treat a real passport! If something happens and your passport is lost, reach out to our team for next steps. Please expect a reprint fee and a turnaround time to get your new passport.

The Well is our membership service ($8/month). Well members get to buy their Passport early, and get access to a bunch of extra classes during the Passport. Year-round, they have monthly access to specials with two of our Passport businesses. You can join at anytime by clicking “The Well” tab on the website or the link in our Instagram bio.

Gyms/studios typically give away 3-6 classes, and wellness businesses offer discounted or free services. For the 2024 session, there were deals from more than 70 BHM businesses! If you’re a Well member, you also get access to a robust list of exclusive classes during Passport season.

Passports are nonrefundable. However, you can sell your passport to someone else if you’d like. Just let us know so we have their info to communicate with!

You will pick up your Passport the week before it begins at True40 Fitness Studio.

With your purchase you will receive a physical Passport providing details of what each business offers. When you visit a participating business, you will receive a Passport stamp that will qualify you for prizes at the end of the session. You will pick up your Passport True40 the week before the Passport begins during the following hours: 7:30 am - 2:30 pm or 4:15 -6:45 pm Monday-Thursday, 7:30 am - 2:30 pm or 4-5 pm on Friday, or 8:00 am - 10:45 am Saturday.

A 9-week session in your city that gives you access to many fitness studios and wellness businesses. You will receive free classes (studios) and deep discounts (wellness businesses), along with other perks throughout the session. Many businesses offer Passport holders post-Passport discounts as well. The Passport costs only $111 (less than one month of a membership at any local studio!). You get tons of free classes, discounts, and exclusive benefits for much less than you would pay for one month at just one gym!

Because the participating businesses use different softwares for registering, a uniform way to redeem is not available at the moment (but we’re working on it!). Your physical Passport includes details on how to redeem your offering at each business. It takes a little strategy, but that’s the fun part!

Each participating city holds a 9-week session at a specific time of year. You must participate during that session to take advantage of the Passport. However, you can join the Well, our monthly membership, year-round. Each month you receive access to two of our Passport businesses, a free recipe, early access to purchase the Passport, access to exclusive classes during Passport season, and more.

For example, February will feature True40 + Eleven Eleven. True40 will offer a free in-studio class anytime in February, a cardio class for Well members, a merch discount, and one month of unlimited classes for $80. Eleven Eleven will offer 25% off all month and host a members-only shopping party.

You’ll be the first to purchase your Passport next season.

The Well members will be the only ones able to sign up for exclusive Passport classes moving forward.

A monthly healthy, easy recipe will be sent to all Well members.

Members will enjoy a 40% discount on the current merch drop in our shop, and a discount on all future merch as long as they are a Well member.

Your Well membership will auto renew each month, unless you cancel it, which you can do anytime. A note: if you locked in our Founding rate of $7/month, and cancel but want to re-join at a later date, you will not be able to redeem the $7/month price and will be subject to the current price.
