3-Minute Yoga Flow with PracticeWorks
Hopefully throughout the Wellness Passport, you’ve been able to take advantage of some yoga classes. If you’re like us, every time you’re on your mat, you realize how much you need yoga. It helps improve flexibility, muscle tone, respiration and energy, metabolism, circulatory health, athletic performance, and protection from energy. We could all use a little more of it, right?!
This week, Becca Impello, Physical Therapist, Yoga Instructor, and co-owner of Practice Works, demonstrates a quick yoga sequence (just over three minutes!) you can do at home or work. These movements are wonderful for those who face a computer or sit at a desk or in the car most of the day.
